Enjoy a moment of calm at Kingfisher

We're always looking at ways we can improve our guest experience so that everyone feels comfortable whilst visiting our centre. 

To support members of our community who appreciate a more peaceful environment, we'll be turning off our centre music for an hour between 9 and 10 AM, Monday to Saturday, and 10 - 11 AM on Sundays. The initiative aims to create a calmer shopping environment and for any shoppers who find the hustle and bustle of shopping an uncomfortable experience.

The Entertainer also has a Quiet Hour which operates every morning for the first hour of trading. During their Quiet Hour, there will be no music playing, the lights will be dimmed wherever possible, and the stores will be made to feel calmer.
