The team
Our Guest Host Team offer friendly help and advice seven days a week – from giving directions or carrying your shopping to your car, to offering a friendly face during your regular visits and being there to listen. Just look out for our Guest Hosts in their distinctive uniforms with kingfisher yellow waistcoats.Â
Our Guest Services Team are also on hand to help with centre information, lost property and for your Collect + parcels. Guest Services is located on Evesham Walk, opposite H&M. Â
